How do you use MechJeb 2 in KSP? ›

After you've entered the Mun's sphere of influence, open the Landing Autopilot from the MechJeb menu. Ensure "Deploy Parachutes" is UNchecked. Press Select target on the map and choose where you want to land. Press Land at target.

Colonies: Brand new to Kerbal Space Program 2 are colonies.

Reputation can be seen as a currency like funds and science, and is mainly spent on instating Strategies in the Administration Facility. Passively, a high reputation does three things: difficult contracts (which typically have better rewards) are offered more frequently. rewards are improved for all contracts.

Step 1 - Start Kerbal Space Program

Depending on your PC, it may take 1–3 minutes for the game to load. Overmodders (see Plugins) may see loading times of up to thirty minutes, so don't get too trigger happy with that download button until you've completed this tutorial. Choose Start Game.

The throttle indicator is the left side of your Nav Ball, conveniently labeled "Throttle". Just as holding the left Shift key will increase your thrust, holding the left Ctrl (Control) key will reduce it. Press Space once to ignite your engines!
